After flirting with another woman during a party, playboy Cesar is given a lift home by his disgruntled ex, only to be horribly disfigured when she intentionally drives her car over an incline. Accused of her murder and confined to a mental hospital, the alienated Cesar explains his plight to a psychiatrist who gradually unravels the terrifying truth about the mistaken identities, apparent betrayals and half-remembered memories that are tormenting Cesar's mind.
