American Beauty. The film with an all-star cast named after a rose is one of the best I have ever seen. Kevin Spacey gives a fantastic performance which, very rightly, won him the Best Actor oscar. Annette Bening is wonderful as Caroline. She earned a Best Actress nomination. Sam Mendes perferctly directs the film and earned a Best Director oscar. The film won the coveted Best Picture as well. I'm not going to say what it's about, you'll just have to rent it and see the Beauty for yourself.
