Worst Thing: the editing
I waited for years for this movie to come out, only to be terribly disappointed in the amount of story that they edited out. I went with two people who hadn't read the book and they didn't understand what was happening as there was no story flow at all. Michael Paolini must be devastated. Hopefully he can do a screenplay and redo it sometime in the future.
