19 year-old Matt struggles to rebuild his life after a tragic car accident claimed the lives of his parents. For a while he finds comfort in the arms of streetwise call girl. But his past catches up with him, and when an unhinged survivor of the accident kidnaps his sister, Matt is forced to turn to his worst enemy for help - and face up to his own crimes.
