I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. The director managed to avoid most of the schmaltzy, cliched moments that you see in teenage pregnancy movies while still having something to say about personal responsibility and choices. The one-liners and irrepressibility of the main character (and many of the other characters, too) are endearing and keep the mood of the movie light. I'm not sure about the country style music backing the movie, however, and the introduction seemed to take forever! But that's a small gripe for a movie that managed to bring a tear and a smile to my face - at the same time!
