Best Thing: The Actors, the music, the look of the film, the story
Worst Thing: It stopped
If you want to spend a night in Paris, see this film as it's a wonderful story that gets you swept away. Juliette Binoche is adorable as well as Romain Duris (who teams up with Cedric Klapisch again - from the Spanish Apartment). The music is wonderful and each story reveals another layer of this wonderful city.
Here's a synopsis that's correct:
The story begins with Pierre (Romain Duris), a young man unexpectedly confronted with his own mortality. For the next 24 hours, his tour through the city will weave with those of his beloved sister (Juliette Binoche), his neighbours (some known, some not), their friends and workmates, and their interconnected stories of love, familial bonds, loneliness and compassion come together in unexpected ways.
This emotional and inspiring ode to Paris will have you entranced.
A must see!!
