Beginning in modern day Boston, teenage kung-fu flick enthusiast Jason is buying bootleg DVDs from his favorite shopkeeper, Old Hop, he is drawn to an ancient golden staff. When a local bully forces weakling Jason to help rob Old Hop, Jason escapes with the staff and is magically transported to ancient China.
He soon discovers that he is the fabled Seeker who must return the staff to the Monkey King to prevent the Jade Warlord's evil plans.

The american boy is a bit corny but Jackie and Jet are great. Loved the fighting scenes and comedy from Jackie. I don't normally like "fighting" ...
