Best Thing: Everything (except Percy Wetmore)
Worst Thing: Percy Wetmore
There are few films that can make you feel happy and sad at the same time. The Green Mile is one of them. From the knock-out performances by Tom Hanks (Paul Edgecombe) and Michael Clarke Duncan (John Coffey) to the, when you actually think about it, rather simple storyline, The Green Mile is a masterpiece. Brilliantly acted, brilliantly directed, brilliant story based on a Stephen King novel which is also brilliant. The Green Mile is a film I would recommend to everyone over 13 years old (some of the things that happen might scare kids younger that 13). Despite the length (3 hours), sit down and watch this film and enjoy it thoroughly. Like the title says, have tissues handy.
