Known for her take-no-prisoners sense of humour, J-Law's first joke in her acceptance speech went down like a lead balloon. "What does this say? I beat Meryl Streep!" (Who was also nominated in the category). The young actress also got a little teary while thanking her family for their support in her acceptance speech.
