Gangs of New York (2003)

Set in 19th Century New York City, this drama focuses on Amsterdam Vallon, a young man who returns to New York after more than ten years in prison to avenge the death of his father and establish a place in society for the burgeoning Irish immigrant population. Stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Daniel Day Lewis, Cameron Diaz, Liam Neeson and Jim Broadbent.
