Synopsis
During a snowy New Year's Eve a most-wanted mobster is temporarily incarcerated at the doomed police building, Precinct 13, which receives renewed, unwanted attention from all sides of the law. As the sun sets and a long night begins, a motley crew of policemen and prisoners, reluctantly captained by cop Jake Roenick must band together to fight off a rogue gang that wants to extract the crime lord at any cost.
