Wolf Creek (2005)

Based on actual events, this is the story of Liz and Kristy, British backpackers who team up for a car trip with Australian, Ben Mitchell. After spending the day in Wolf Creek National Park, they discover at dusk that their car isn't working. There is a rush of panic, then Liz spots a truck travelling toward them, driven by Mick Taylor, an affable brute who convinces them to let him tow their car and replace the faulty part at his camp. What unfolds from here is every traveller's worst nightmare, and brings the chilling question to mind: 'How can you be found when no one knows you're missing?'
