Blue Eyelids (2007)

Gently comic and gorgeously filmed, this bittersweet tale follows the emotionally detached and naive Marina who works in a uniform factory in Mexico City. When she wins a trip to a beach resort she is resigned to go alone until she encounters Victor, who claims to be an old friend, only she can't remember him. While Victor is clearly interested in Marina, she is whimsical and forgetful, and their individual attempts at romance do not always bring them together.
