It's probably just as well you can't go home again; you might never leave. That's the inspired notion at the heart of Momma's Man, a beguiling new Amerindie by Azazel Jacobs, son of essential avant-garde filmmaker Ken Jacobs (Star Spangled to Death). Concluding a visit to his parents' defiantly ungentrified lower Manhattan loft, anxious Mikey (Matt Boren) finds himself unable to leave the subway at JFK airport. As the days pass, he immerses himself in childhood totems and memories, keeping his current life, and young family, at bay.
