Daddy Cool (2008)

Philippe Le Tallec, a brilliant scientist living in the United States, is forced to return to France to look after his fifteen-year-old daughter Eglantine whom he has not seen for many years. He hopes to take advantage of this opportunity to develop a bond with her and catch up on lost time. But she has other things in mind rather than spending time with her father, such as girlfriends, parties and, of course, boys. Here is a man who has grappled with and resolved all the great questions of molecular biology - except one - his daughter! And so he embarks on a course to find out more about her.
