Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore (2010)

This is the follow up film to the 2001 family hit which took a look at the top-secret, high tech espionage war going on between cats and dogs, of which their human owners are blissfully unaware! It follows an outcast police dog named Diggs who is recruited by the Dog HQ to fight an evil cat by the name of Kitty Galore, the most conniving villainess the animal world has encountered. Against all instincts, Diggs must partner up with super cat Catherine, to fight Kitty and her puuuuurrrffect quest to take over the world.
