An Englishman in New York picks up Crisp's story in the 70s, where a frank TV interview sees him pilloried by the British public. Realising he's finished in England, Crisp decides - at the age of 70 - to start again in the US. Endlessly quotable, always controversial and never apologetic, Crisp is a consummate entertainer.
