A Town Called Panic (2009)

Imagine a box full of plastic figurines, just like the ones we all used to play with when we were kids. Imagine two crazy authors-animators who invent the hilarious adventures of an Indian called Indian, a cowboy called Cowboy, a horse called Horse, and a bear they often have to deal with, strangely called Bear. Here is "A Town Called Panic", a stop-motion series in which nonsense and craziness will delight the young and the somewhat older.
