One Room Castle (1994)

Set in 1944 in the French Alps. A Jewish woman witnesses the murder of her family by the Nazis. She escapes to her chateau and locks herself in for safety. That night the chateau is hit by mortar fire and she is trapped inside. Film deals with how she copes, both physically and mentally, with her solitude, until her liberation.
