Ya Ostayus (2007)

Many people believe in life after death, but not Doctor Tirsa. The practical and skeptical doctor has always refused to believe in such nonsense--until the day he is hit by a bowling ball and wakes up in an open field surrounded by others like himself--people who have left our world and not yet made it to the next. Suddenly Doctor Tirsa realizes that his life was not all that bad and that he has a good reason to return.
