Who Is Cletis Tout? (2002)
Synopsis
A farcical tale in which an escaped convict assumes the identity of a deceased man, Cletis Tout, only to discover Tout is targeted for rubbing out by the mob. Now the escapee has to deal with not only the police, but a hitman as well.
