Aeon Flux (2006)

In the 25th century, a rampaging virus has forced the remnants of the human species into the seclusion of a final city surrounded by a disease-proof bubble. All is not perfect as it would appear in this man-made haven, where people frequently disappear without a trace. There is great political conflict within the city and Aeon Flux, an acrobatic assassin, whose motives and background are unexplained, is sent by the resistance to assassinate the principal government leader.
