Kylie Jenner to spend $2.7m on new home

Kylie Jenner is set to splash out $2.7 million on a new house.

The 17-year-old star has signed a deal for a five-bedroom home in a gated community in The Oaks, Calabasas, Los Angeles, which is said to be just one block away from her half-sisters Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian.

Sources have told gossip website TMZ that Kylie has been getting a helping hand from her mother Kris Jenner with the purchasing process but it is said to be the teenager who is putting the money up for the plush property.

The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star will get plenty of chances to continue her penchant of posting bikini selfies at her new abode as the home features a pool.

What's more, she has hopefully picked up plenty of culinary tips from her mum - who has her own cook book, 'In The Kitchen with Kris' - as the house is said to have a superb cooking hotspot.

What's more, Kylie will be able to watch her half-sister Kim Kardashian West's appearance in 2008 comedy film 'Disaster Movie' to her heart's content in her new property's home theatre.

This news comes after Kourtney and her partner Scott Disick recently splashed out $100,000 on home improvements at their Calabasas house, which included installing a firepit, barbeque, terrace and an outdoor kitchen complete with a dishwasher, sink and ice maker.
