Kristen Bell's kids can't watch 'Frozen'

Kristen Bell's children have never seen her animated film 'Frozen'.

The 36-year-old actress admits her daughters, Lincoln, 23-months, and Delta, 11 weeks, with husband Dax Shepard, aren't allowed to watch TV because she wants them to focus on using their imaginations instead.

She said: "[Lincoln's] never seen 'Frozen'! She is not my biggest fan. She just doesn't know what I do for a living! She couldn't care less. [It] is extremely humbling to come home to someone who couldn't care less about what you do!

"The APA [American Psychological Association] recommends that you let kids watch TV when they're 2 and a half, so we're trying to follow that, which unfortunately is not realistic for all parents."

The blonde beauty insists she isn't always strict and her eldest daughter has seen some videos.

She told UsMagazine.com: "I understand, we're shooting for the moon. [It's for] their imagination, just so they don't become sedentary and used to zoning out to videos. But [Lincoln has] certainly seen videos. She loves the hell out of Snoopy! But we're trying."

But Kristen is looking forward to showing her girls the popular film in the future.

She explained: "It's funny. I'm more excited as an audience member because of the sister themes. Because one day when I show it to both my girls together, it will have significance to them and their dynamic. I'm really excited about that because I think it really says something really special about sisters."
