Reese Witherspoon's struggle

Reese Witherspoon struggles to relax.

The 'Wild' actress, who has daughter Ava, 16, and son Deacon, 12, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, and two-year-old son Tennessee with husband Jim Toth, admits it is her "natural inclination" to worry about everything.

The 39-year-old star said: "The most difficult thing for me is finding time for myself to just relax and not worry about things, which is my natural inclination.

"I like to walk in nature, where it's peaceful and calm. That's been my form of therapy as an adult."

But Reese insists she doesn't "stress" about juggling her family and career.

She explained: "It can get chaotic sometimes, but whether you're working a lot or not, life with children will always be a bit unpredictable. All mothers have a lot to deal with, and I've been doing it since I was 22 and Ava was born."

The blonde beauty also admitted she is glad that her children "don't pay attention" to her fame.

She told US' OK! magazine: "They've seen most of my films, and needs to say my daughter loves 'Legally Blonde!' But when I come home, they see me as a mother. They want me to listen to what they've been doing, help them with their homework. It's only their friends who see me as the big movie star."
