A$AP Rocky had fling with Rita Ora while in a relationship

A$AP Rocky has confessed he was in a relationship when he had a fling with Rita Ora.

The rapper - whose real name is Rakim Mayers - landed himself in hot water after spitting sexually explicit lyrics about Rita in his new track 'Better Things'.

Now he has given some details of his liaison with Rita, admitting he was romancing another woman when he and the 'Black Widow' hitmaker hooked up.

In an interview with UK station BBC Radio 1, he said: "For me, she got me into a lot of trouble when I was dealing with her. I'm not saying she is a terrible person, I'm just saying when I was in a relationship and I did things with her that I wasn't supposed to do, she had a big mouth."

Talking about the song, which he said is "really old", he added: "Honestly, the song is really old, I felt it was such a good song I just didn't take it off. It would have been really tasteful for me to mute that part, but it is what it is and it's out now. To all the Rita Ora fans and to Rita Ora herself, keep going, you're still beautiful baby girl, but next time - keep your mouth shut and I'll do the same."

It's unknown whether Rita was aware Rocky was in a relationship at the time she got involved with him.
