Princess Eugenie has a new London job

Princess Eugenie is returning to London to become associate director at Hauser & Wirth.

The 25-year-old daughter of Prince Andrew and the Duchess of York was poached by the top-tier gallery from Paddle8, the New York-based online auction house where she's been working for almost two years.

According to artnetNews.com, a spokesperson for Hauser & Wirth said: "Princess Eugenie has joined Hauser & Wirth as an associate director, and we are delighted to have her as part of the team."

Eugenie will now be helping Hauser & Wirth's illustrious roster of clients to build their art collection. The gallery also has branches in New York and Zurich, so her return to London suggests the princess is keen to be close to her parents and sister Princess Beatrice, as well as her friends, and boyfriend Jack Brooksbank, a former waiter who now runs high-profile clubs and restaurants.

Eugenie's mother Sarah will most likely be happy to get her daughter back home, as she recently hinted she was missing her, as she carried a tote bag with a baby picture of her daughters emblazoned on it, as she stepped out in Cannes.

The 55-year-old former wife of Prince Andrew was pictured getting out of a car to attend a yacht party in Cannes, and the photo on the bag showed the two princesses as little girls, looking adorable sat side by side in similar outfits and wearing matching bonnets.
