Drew Barrymore's family plan

Drew Barrymore doesn't know if she wants anymore children.

The 40-year-old actress - who already has Olive, two, and Frankie, 15 months, with husband Will Kopelman - has admitted she isn't quite sure if she wants to add to her family but insists she needs to decide soon as she is "no spring chicken".

She said: "I think I'm good right now, but I don't know.

"The door's open, but I'm no spring chicken. I have to figure it out sooner or later."

And the '50 First Dates' star has admitted she has been "forever changed" by motherhood.

She added to Us Weekly magazine: "[I'm always surprised at] how intense of an internal battle it always is. You will never be the same again. So trying to get back to your old self in any way, whether it's like, 'I'm back to work and I'll go back to the person I was at my office!' you're not the same. You're forever changed.

"It's a new you and it's a new set of mountains to climb. But they're wonderful and I wouldn't trade them for anything."

Meanwhile, Drew previously revealed she would only be starring in a movie "every few years at best" in order to spend time with her children.

She shared: "I don't work in films and movies so much anymore. I can't. It would take me away from my kids too much, and I'm not willing to do that ...

"[Acting will be] every few years at best, and then I'll just see how that goes. I've done two films in five years. And even those, I was like, 'Wow, I just don't know how to do this right now with kids.'"
