Giovanni Ribisi and Agyness Deyn finalise divorce

Giovanni Ribisi and Agyness Deyn have reportedly finalised their divorce.

The 40-year-old actor and the 32-year-old model and actress - who tied the knot in a secret ceremony in 2012 - have reached an agreement on their shared assets and dissolved their marriage, almost one year after they split.

TMZ reports that Agyness will keep three of their Los Angeles-area homes while Giovanni will receive the other two.

He will keep his motorcycle while his ex has been granted their vintage Mercedes-Benz and neither will pay spousal support.

Giovanni filed for divorce in February, citing irreconcilable differences in the court documents.

Their split came as a shock as just months after their wedding, which took place at Los Angeles County Registrar and was said to have come as a shock to her friends and family, Agyness gushed at how overjoyed she was to be Giovanni's wife.

She said: "I love being a wife. We've known each other for a while. But when you know, you know... He's awesome."

And in 2013, Agyness admitted the wedding - which was her first - felt right because she knew she had met the right person in Giovanni.

Speaking about her marriage, she said: "I don't know. I suppose you meet someone and you're just like ... you know.

"Obviously, if someone's marrying someone, they're bringing a lot of really good stuff ... So..."

Giovanni was previously married to Mariah O'Brien - who he has daughter Lucia with - for four years until their divorce in 2001 and he also went on to date singer/songwriter Cat Power.
