Phil Collins' partner Orianne wants Miami house back from ex

Phil Collins has reunited with his ex-wife Orianne Collins and now she wants to reunite with the $8.4 million Miami Beach house she gave to her estranged husband.

Orianne recently filed for divorce from Miami businessman Charles Mejjati after rekindling her relationship with singer Phil and has now filed a lien on the property on 1525 W. 24th St. in Sunset Islands that she signed over to Charles to get it back.

Orianne bought the luxurious home in 2012 after banking the massive divorce settlement she received in her legal separation from former Genesis rocker Phil.

According to the Miami Herald newspaper, Orianne slapped a lien on the property claiming she doesn't remember giving the crib to Mejjati last summer.

In the related legal papers, Orianne claims she doesn't recall signing the quit-claim deed that benefited Charles and insists she would not have parted with the seven-bedroom, eight-bathroom property if it weren't for the strong painkillers she was taken as she healed from back surgery.

Earlier this month, Phil confirmed he is back with his third wife - six years after paying her $35 million-plus in their record-breaking divorce battle.

The 64-year-old singer admitted he was surprised that "nobody noticed" he has reconciled with 42-year-old Orianne - who suffers from Brown-Séquard syndrome - after living with her for the past six months in Miami.

He said: "I'm back with my third wife - I haven't really talked about it. We've been together for a while, and nobody's noticed."

Phil moved back to America last year from Switzerland to be closer to his two sons Matthew and Nicholas, and Orianne, after she developed serious back problems due to her condition and a spinal operation.

The pair had ended their seven-year marriage in 2008 after 12 years together.
