Adele offers to be 'surrogate' to engaged guys at Copenhagen concert

Adele offered to be a "surrogate" mother to a gay couple who got engaged at her concert in Copenhagen on Tuesday (03.05.16).

The 28-year-old singer invited the two guys to join her on stage after spotting they were wearing quirky Tiger glasses at the Forum in the capital city of Denmark.

Much to her surprise, Swedish fan Andre Soderberg decided to drop to one knee and pop the question with a plastic ring to his partner Simon Carlsson who excitedly said "yes".

A delighted Adele congratulated the happy couple and then offered to help them start a family.

In front of the sold-out crowd of 10,000 fans, she said: "Should I be your surrogate if you have children? I'd love to have a baby with someone Swedish."

Discussing his impromptu proposal on stage, Andre told Danish TV station TV2: "It came as a big surprise that we were up on stage. I made the decision on the spur of the moment - I felt the love! Everyone cheered, it was crazy. I have never heard so much noise!

"I felt like a rock star, and I might think I'm deaf now. But it was the best concert ever."

Andre also praised Adele for being such a "beautiful" person and for giving him the opportunity to make an unforgettable marriage proposal.

He added: "She's wonderful and beautiful and has a great soul. She is incredibly fun and a lovely person."

Andre and Simon are now planning their nuptials and both want to tie the know by the end of the year.

He shared: "We both love winter, so that's a possibility."

This is not the first proposal to take place on the 'Hello' hitmaker's 'Adele Live 2016' tour.

Back in March, a couple got betrothed in the crowd at one of her concerts at The O2 in London.

After seeing what had happened, Adele - who has three-year-old son Angelo with her partner Simon Konecki - invited Natalie King and her partner of 12 years Johnny Biggle on stage to congratulate them.

She said: "That was the most beautiful thing I've ever witnessed at one of my shows. Are you gonna set a date? Wait, save up

"That was amazing, people started cheering, then they started kissing, then she started crying, it was lovely. Oh my goodness!"
