Usher's 'stalker' arrested

An obsessed Usher fan has been arrested for violating a restraining order.

The 37-year-old singer took out a court order against Darshelle Jones in 2012, which ruled she must remain at least 200 yards away from him at all times, but she got within 100 yards of Usher outside an Atlanta recording studio earlier this month.

TMZ reports that Darshelle was trying to film Usher on her iPad and she was promptly arrested and charged with aggravated stalking.

She has been in police custody since the incident.

Usher first sought a restraining order against Ms Jones in 2012 when she showed up at his home in Atlanta and claimed to be his wife.

However, Usher put the terrifying incident behind him in order to join forces with Jay Z, Mary J. Blige, Nas, Rick Ross and Busta Rhymes for P. Diddy's Bad Boy Family Reunion show last week.

The 'OMG' singer has sons Naviyd Ely Raymond and Usher Raymond V with his ex-wife Tameka Foster and lives in Atlanta with the boys and his current wife Grace Miguel, who he married in 2015.

Speaking previously about Grace, he said: "I have an incredible partner and manager. She has helped me through some of the hardest times in my life and my career. She's someone who's been able to support and understand all of who I am. Not just as a dancer or as a performer or as a singer, but as a humanitarian and a business man and as a person."
