Fifth Harmony: We've found ourselves

Fifth Harmony feel like they've "found themselves".

The 'Worth It' hitmakers - which includes Ally Brooke, Normani Kordei, Dinah Jane, Camila Cabello and Lauren Jauregui - say fans will see how much they've grown when they listen to their new album '7/27'.

Normani said: "I think that just by listening to it for the first time, you guys'll definitely be able to see the growth, just lyrically. I think that as women we've definitely found ourselves, because we've been through a lot this year, but also as musicians, and it really translates through the songs."

And Ally says the secret to the success of their latest single 'Work From Home' is the fact everyone can connect to it.

Speaking about the track, she added to ABC Radio: "When you first hear it - when we first heard it - we definitely were, like, connected to the beat and the melody and the music.

"And I think that's something that everybody can connect to. And I think it's something that's fun, that's flirty, it's not taken too seriously."

Meanwhile, the girl group are thrilled they "finally have a voice".

Dinah shared previously: "We finally have a damn voice. We feel like actual artists. We were little babies in the beginning. Now we're becoming big girls."

But the road there hasn't been easy as Camilla admits she once suffered "terrible nonstop anxiety".

She said: "I'll start with the low because that led to the high. I was having terrible anxiety, nonstop. My heart would beat really fast the whole day. Two hours after I woke up, I'd need a nap because my body was so hyperactive.

"It was so f***ed up. I was scared of what would happen to me, of the things my brain might tell me. I realised the stuff I thought was important isn't worth my health. Now I write in a diary every day, work out and meditate."
