In the campy preview, which was made to resemble thrillers from the 1970s, the 26-year-old star appears in various states of undress to portray "sweet as sin" ex-model Tara. Lohan co-stars with real-life porn star James Deen, 26, in the drama. His character, Christian, is described as "the boy next door ... gone bad."

Although Lohan shows a lot of skin in the trailer, Deen recently told Animal NY that the Paul Schrader-directed movie, which opens in March 2013, is "not an adult film," adding, "We are not trying to arouse people. If someone does get aroused, well, it happens."

Schrader recently said that Lohan is very happy with the final version of the film. "Showed LL the film tonight. She saw and she understood," he wrote on Facebook. "What a wonderful moment for her. Some tears, some hard words, some kisses, but that's life in Lindsayland. Sometimes the movie gods smile. Sometimes you get lucky. LL and I got lucky."

Lohan's official comeback kicks off in November when 'Liz & Dick', the biopic about Elizabeth Taylor's love life, airs on Lifetime.
