Related Video: Kutcher to play Jobs role
The film, called "jOBS", will close Robert Redford's annual Sundance Film Festival in late January, it has been announced.
As with previous shots leaked from the film's production, Kutcher's resemblance to the entrepreneur, who died in 2011, is striking.
The independent production began filming in the northern hemisphere summer and stars Josh Gad as fellow Apple founder Steve Wozniak, alongside Dermot Mulroney, Lukas Haas, James Woods and Matthew Modine.But it's not the only Jobs biopic on the block.

Sorkin recently revealed that he plans a radical three-scene structure for the film, making it play out in real time.
There's no word yet who will star as Jobs in this version, however.

Ohhhh jesus christ.... a film on one scumbag a year is enough... not on jobs.... I am sure it will be well and truly edited by apple...... then only good thiing jobs has done for the world community is (thankfully) die. What this rapacious and ethic-less company has done in China, to Chinese people is a crime. Jobs was the piece of garbage that ran this......
