Jennifer Lawrence gets two MTV Movie Award nods, but will she show up?

The Oscar-winning actress picked up two nominations this morning for her role as Katniss Everdeen in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1: Best Female Performance and Best Musical Moment.

Lawrence has won the Golden Popcorn trophy three years running in the Best Female Performance category, and has five total awards in 14 nominations, counting this year. But despite all the MTV gold, Lawrence has never attended the ceremony, usually citing scheduling conflicts. (Though, in 2012 she did relay a video message when accepting her statuette.)

Although it’s the biggest blockbuster of 2014 (so far), Mockingjay's four nominations didn't put it on top of the list of contenders. With seven nods each, it's a three-way tie among the Marvel hit Guardians of the Galaxy, teen tearjerker The Fault in Our Stars, and the Seth Rogen-Zac Efron comedy Neighbors. Efron tallied three MTV Movie Award nominations, and Rogen received five. If the voting goes Rogen’s way, we may see him smooch his longtime collaborator and all-around bro James Franco: They are up for Best Kiss for The Interview.

And what about this year’s big Oscar winner, Birdman? That highfalutin film only managed two MTV Movie Award nominations: Emma Stone for Best Female Performance and Edward Norton and Michael Keaton for Best Fight.
