No comedy for Rooney Mara

Rooney Mara doesn't think she could do comedy.

The 30-year-old actress is a huge fan of 'Bridesmaids' but can't ever see herself starring in a similar film.

She said: "I love watching that stuff, I love 'Bridesmaids', and Kristen Wiig - I wish I could be like that but I'm just not.

"People always ask me that. Cate Blanchett doesn't do a lot of comedy either but for some reason I don't think she gets asked that question.

"Tragicomedy I'm down for. There has to be tragedy somewhere though, otherwise I don't wanna go."

Rooney also opened up about her struggles as a woman in Hollywood.

She told The Sunday Times Culture magazine: "Oh my God, you have no idea. At the end of the day, I have one life, one name that's mine. So people get enraged - 'You have an opinion about what we want to use you for? And how we're gonna portray you? How dare you.'

"It would be impossible for me to temper my voice, I am stubborn and opinionated. "
