Ben Stiller's daughter unimpressed with Justin Bieber's Zoolander cameo

Ben Stiller's teenage daughter was unimpressed with her dad when he told her he'd cast Justin Bieber in 'Zoolander No. 2'.

In the comedy sequel, the actor is reprising his role as male model Derek Zoolander who becomes a secret agent to investigate who is responsible for murdering the world's 'beautiful people' after all the victims are found with his trademark 'Blue Steel' look etched on their faces.

Justin is among the famous faces to get killed in the flick, and although Ben and his wife Christine Taylor thought their kids, Ella, 13, and Quinlin, 10, would be excited that the pop superstar was in the film their response, especially Ella's, was very muted.

Speaking at the UK premiere of 'Zoolander No. 2' at the Empire Leicester Square in London on Thursday night (02.04.16), Christine said: "Our daughter - who is almost 14 - but of all of the 14 year olds on the planet, she is the one child who is like, 'Dad, I get it, everyone loves Justin Bieber, but I'm not one of them.' "

However, there was one celebrity cameo that Ella was impressed with - Benedict Cumberbatch's appearance as genderless model All.

Christine - who plays Derek Zoolander's on-screen lover Matilda Jeffries - added: "Benedict? Let's not get started. Ella, our daughter, is obsessed with Sherlock, obsessed with Benedict, so Ben's street cred' rose in huge amounts the minute that she found out that Benedict was a part of the movie."

Ben, 50, and Christine, 44, were joined on the special blue carpet at the premiere in London by their co-stars Penelope Cruz, Will Ferrell, Owen Wilson and Kristen Wiig, while famous faces at the event included Natalie Dormer, Jourdan Dunn, Myleene Klass and Anais Gallagher - whose dad is former Oasis rocker Noel Gallagher.
