The 2011 MTV Movie Awards will be the hottest ticket in town with Hollywood's biggest names ready to hand out golden popcorn awards broadcast on MTV Australia – Channel 124 – on Monday 6 June at 4pm [AEST].

Fans can tune-in to see the 'Green Lantern' super powers of Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively as well as the talented duo Steve Carell and Emma Stone in a list of some of the first presenters to be announced.

Add to that, the action-packed appearance of 'Transformers: Dark of the Moon's' Shia Lebeouf, and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Josh Duhamal and Patrick Dempsey.

Long-time favourite Cameron Diaz will also be presenting with the hilarious Jason Segel.

This year's show is sure to deliver more of the one-of-a-kind and unpredictable moments the MTV Movie Awards are known for.

As announced last week, Australian heart-throb and star of 'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse,' Xavier Samuel, has been nominated for two awards; Best Breakout Star and Best Fight alongside his co-stars Robert Pattinson and Bryce Dallas Howard.

The 2011 MTV Movie Awards will be hosted by leading comedic actor and 'Saturday Night Live' regular, Jason Sudeikis.

This year's 20th annual ceremony will be Sudeikis' first time hosting the awards show and he promises to infuse this year's telecast with his quick comedic wit and improvisational skills.

Emmy® Award Winner Mark Burnett returns for the fifth year in a row to executive produce the 2011 MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles, where movie megastars will vie for the golden popcorn in award categories as only MTV could create them.

The 2011 MTV Movie Awards will be a dead heat as the blockbusters 'Inception' and 'The Social Network' give fan favorite film franchises 'The Twilight Saga' and 'Harry Potter' some serious competition that could make the night anyone's to win.
