Here at Yahoo!7 Movies we love a good Aussie film, and a little rising-water horror action featuring some of Australia's hottest acting exports as well as a pack of great white sharks makes for some interesting viewing.

Watch the clip

As a tsunami swallows a sleepy beach community, a group of survivors find themselves trapped in a flooded underground supermarket (cue horror music). All is not well -- shock horror -- and soon the group discovers they are not alone, the tsunami has brought unwanted visitors from the depths. The survivors quickly realise their battle is not only to overcome the threat of drowning, but a threat far more sinister – hungry great white sharks.

'Bait 3D' features an ensemble cast including Xavier Samuel ('Sanctuary', 'A Few Best Men', 'The Twilight Saga; Eclipse'), Julian McMahon ('Fire with Fire', 'Nip/Tuck') Sharni Vinson ('Home & Away', 'Blue Crush 2', 'Step Up 3D'), Phoebe Tonkin ('Tomorrow When the War Began'), Martin Sacks ('The Cup', 'Underbelly'), Alice Parkinson ('The Cup', 'Sanctum'), Dan Wyllie ('Animal Kingdom') and Lincoln Lewis ('Home & Away', 'Underbelly', 'Tomorrow When the War Began').

Australian horror movies involving either sharks or crocodiles are done to death. Can't we think of something new now? That's why I enjoyed movies like Wolf Creek and The Loved Ones because everything made after Wolf Creek have just been about sharks and/or crocodiles, except for the Loved Ones.
