Hanks, who plays Walt Disney in the movie about the making of 'Mary Poppins,' disclosed a major discovery he made while doing research for the role.

"You ask questions like, 'What happened to this ride?'" Hanks said of working on set at the theme park. "And then they tell you why there's no sky buckets anymore. Remember sky buckets? You caught them in Tomorrowland, took them to Fantasyland, went right through the heart of the Matterhorn. Came out the other side?

"One of the problems was, there were a lot of people trying to join, let's call it, the Mile High Club. In the sky buckets," he revealed to a shocked O'Brien. "There were other naughty stuff going on, but there were people that tried to, how do we say this, get the deed done. How to enjoy the e-ticket, maybe the g-ticket, maybe the o-ticket, I don't know."

According to Hanks, the ride between Tomorrowland and Fantasyland was a mere "four and a half minutes" in duration. Not enough time for fun in Hanks's book, but more than enough time for O'Brien.

"I could do it three times on that ride," the host joked.

Unfortunately for frisky riders, park security would escort the busted offenders from the theme park upon arrival in Fantasyland.

And for this reason, the sky buckets were removed in 1994.
